Richard-Lehmann-Straße

Richard-Lehmann-Straße is located in the southern suburbs, Leipzig's most popular district. It is probably the district with the highest density of pubs, plenty of green and a comfortable proximity to Leipzig's "Neuseenland" with beaches, marinas and many water sports facilities.

November 2019: Renovation completed

One year after the start of the work, the renovation of the house is largely complete and all apartments are ready for occupancy. Both inside and outside the building is hardly recognizable. The roof and facade have been renovated, a central heating system has been installed, the complete building services have been renewed and the staircases have been painted. All flats have been repaired, new windows and doors have been installed and modern bathrooms have been fitted. The outside facilities have also benefited:  In the courtyard the green spaces and paths were laid out, the garbage dump was renewed, a bicycle parking area and a laundry drying area were built.

The renting of the renovated apartments has begun. You can find out more here.

November 2018: Start of construction

In the building, which was built in 1959, there are 30 apartments, most of which were vacant until the start of renovation. The building is now being completely renovated and modernised. Extensive work is being carried out both inside and outside. The building project is supported by the Free State of Saxony within the framework of the housing subsidy.
