New service around the staircase

Cleanliness in the stairwell is one of the most important feel-good factors for tenants. This is confirmed by the results of the latest LWB tenant survey. However, there are also differences of opinion when it comes to cleaning: what seems very clean to one person is too dusty to another. As a result, there are occasional complaints about house cleaning. In order to better address the concerns of tenants and make improvements, the LWB has now created a "House Cleaning Service".

From July 1, 2018, LWB tenants will be able to give information by telephone from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Internet can also be used to send an e-mail to hausreinigung@lwb.de or by post (LWB mbH, Sales/Product Marketing, keyword House Cleaning, Wintergartenstraße 4, 04103 Leipzig). The responsible coworkers/inside will examine and will evaluate the references of the tenants with the assigned cleaning companies. The LWB hopes that the initiative will improve quality and increase tenant satisfaction.
